I was wondering if every time a jab is administered to a baby, does it means that the baby will have to suffer at the "hands" of the immunization aftermath? Seth had his jab yesterday. That's his 3rd 5-in-1 jab. As he grows older, he is more sensitive to pain and such. Therefore, it's inevitable that he'll whine when the jab is being administered. However, Seth is still a cool boy that is easily calmed when being carried. He was at first, pretty defensive when I try to hold on to his leg. As if he knows what's going to take place next! Clever! Ok, after the long wait for Olive Tree to come back from his Treasure Hunt (Company's event), we had a quick dinner, sent mom back home, headed down to SITEX once again to get the long awaited printer. Anticipation is always killing but it's a good adrenalin rush for me, whom once in awhile needed some to make my life more lively! BTW, Olive Tree is so steady! He came in first in the Company's Dept Treasure Hunt @ Pasir Ris Park. There are like 26 teams. His team of 4, emerged winner and each got away with SGD150 Shopping Vouchers! Christmas Shopping, here we come! But before the shopping of Christmas Gifts, I have to shop for my printer! It is quite an ironical trip to SITEX. I have in mind, to get the Brother MFC-620CN all the while. Thinking that it's cheaper, and really having AIO (Print/Scan/Fax/Copy) with affordability. So once we reached Brother's Booth, I looked for the staff that served Jas and us on Thursday. I requested a test print of the 4R color print....

Ok, time for the review of the exhibition. Despite the morning "blessed" nags from mom, the trip to SITEX 2005 still proceed as planned. BB Seth slept till 10am and I quickly get him bathed and out of the house by 10.30am, got breakfast for Jas and myself as I we'll be meeting at her place for brunch. Picked Olive Tree up from office at 12.30pm and we headed for the exhibition. Upon reaching, we met my ex-colleague, Teng Leng from NCS. So coincidence! Had another sleepless night. BB Seth was practically waking up every half and hour since past 12 midnight. I breast fed him and back he goes to sleep. However, after awhile, he starts to fidget and scratch his head, move around. I was in a zombied mode till 3am! Getting so pissed with what had happened. Even questioned myself is it that my milk isn't filling for him. Olive Tree woke up. He commented that Seth needs to drink milk. I said, I gave him already but he still behave this way. I am in a foul mood and retorted Olive Tree, if you think that my breast milk isn't sufficient for Seth, go heat up the ebm (Expressed Breast Milk) and feed Seth then. He did as told. Took quite awhile as needs to sterilise bottles. (See, the inconvenience of bottle feeding!) Anyhow, I changed Seth's Diaper as it was wet. When you thought that the day is going to be sunny. It started to rain again around 2pm. Heavy downpour. Praying hard that tomorrow is going to be sunny and nice. As I would be bringing Seth for SITEX '05 . Don't want a weather to dampened a techie mommy bringing her little prince for his first ever techie exhibition. (",) I had done some editing on the photos that I've took of Ryan and Seth last week. I miss the photoshop so much. Going back using Graphic Converter , makes me feel so handicapped. Imagine, an effect that I can create with Photoshop in less than a minute, takes half and hour to achieve with Graphic Converter. Maybe I am dumb or still not able to explore a better work around, but time is the essence for me! I don't have the luxury of time to do editing since I have to juggle little prince and editing. Weather is gloomy for the past 2 days. It's cosy and nice. But the gloomy feel gets onto my mood too. Have to tolerate the incessant hacking and jacking of the upstairs neighbor's toilet works. It's a long vent but for those who have know the story, finally, the works began but it's a real torture. Especially for BB Seth. He get so startled every time the drilling of tiles starts. Yesterday, I seek refuge at Chloe's house. Today, BB Seth is a bit better. Hope the drilling ends now and no more noise pollution. With such cosy weather, sipping tea and chit chatting with pals would be such an enjoyment.... Royal Copenhagen style I have to go collect Seth's photograph from the studio. Morning start off very dramatically. Mom was busy doing chores for us, sweeping, mopping, laundry. We are totally grateful for mom doing all these things (which we never expect her to) for us. The reason for her to come over to stay for the week is to enjoy being with BB Seth and not feel bored alone at home. Since I have yet to get a job, we can't let her babysit BB Seth till I earn my income. Being very practical. Anyhow, after all the chores were done, mom was enthusiastically assembling the saucer . I walked out from bedroom and told her bluntly, "Don't assemble the saucer yet. Edward will do it. He said don't let ah boy sit in the saucer as he wants to clean it." Immediately, mom snapped! Sometime back, I've brought BB Seth for a contest, it's called Cutest Kid Contest organised by KZ Talent . Today, is the date that the October 2005 Cutest Kid Photo Contest starts to receive votes from participants' friends and relatives. Bet I am excited. I received the email from the organiser and quickly sent out invitations to my friends and siblings to ask them to vote for BB Seth. Hee.... Kancheong Mommy. Chloe once told me, "Every parents will think that their kid is the cutest baby on earth!" Totally agree with that! Whichever looks your darling baby gives you, even grouchy, you will think he's a charmer... That's very true for me. I believe Olive Tree feels that way too. After the sleepless hours, I have to really voice out my displeasure on Olive Tree forgetting the ROM Anniversary date. I woke him up at 2 in the morning, telling him that I am so pissed....Yes, he tried to guess why I am so unhappy. The problem is, he doesn't even realised that it was our anniversary till I said, "What is today's date?" Fwauh! He could forgot about 2nd Nov, our wedding anniversary. He could forgot about our 10th Nov, our ROM Anniversary. Bet he'll never forget when his Prince Seth is born! It's really a bit too much already. I can't stomach my unhappiness. The very next morning, he left something for me. I woke up, go to the bathroom, saw a folded SGD10 heart on the tray with a little note. He apologised. But I am even fuming hot! Gosh!
