hAppy bIRthDay, Olive Tree!

17th Jan, is Olive Tree's birthday. He wasn't on leave so the day was spent as normal till he is back from his work. During the day, I was busy with marking a birthday card for him, of course, with BB Seth asleep. Else, I can't do anything much. Thank God that BB Seth was sleeping well in the day. He napped for 2-3 hrs for 2 rounds. The good thing about him is that he is able to get to sleep by himself quite easily with a feel whines these days. (After ferberizing)

When BB Seth woke up at 3 plus, we went to Sun Plaza and got a Birthday Cake for Olive Tree. It's blessed that after we stepped into the house, it started to rain. Hee....good discernment that I did not shop around Sun Plaza for long.

We went for dinner at Jack's Place when Olive Tree is back. I can fully understand that he wanna spend his birthday with his darling boy. Therefore, we didn't arrange any meet up with our friends to celebrate Olive Tree's birthday. After dinner, we came back home, settled down after bath and had a cake cutting session for Olive Tree. He's happy to have BB Seth cake cutting with him. (**,) BB Seth went to bed at 9.30pm, did not cry much and then fell asleep. I was tired with headache. Praying that BB Seth will sleep through the night.

Alas! He woke up at 12-1am, and cried. I breast-fed him and he went back to sleep. Next, he woke up at 3am! URRRGH! Cried for almost 45 mins! Aiyoh! He is always calling out to Mummy. That makes me very heartache lei! Put him on the bed, he can creep towards me and cry at my side. I gave in eventually. Breast-fed him to sleep. Next wakening moment was 6am. It's not easy to go through this phase. Olive Tree was saying that I lied to him. Using Ferberizing method can't get BB Seth to sleep throughout.

What can I say? It's a phase......

*All of the above photos did not under go PP. What so great about these shots? Nothing really but just that it's taken with the newly acquired Fuji FinePix F100 fd . The decision of getting this was after reading the reviews, the forums and samples seen. Also, the PnS is so called, necessary now, since I find that bringing it around for our upcoming trip would be necessary. Our Sentosa Trip Photos, Update of Kids

These are some of the photos taken when we were on vacation at Sentosa. It was quite a fun time for both Seth and Grace. Though we didn't manage to get both of them in the pool, but we manage to get them into the bath-tub and swim together. :) Nothing like spending quality time with your kid. Learning to play the Rubik's Cube Grace's Cheeky Look. First for Grace in her Swimsuit. Getting a bit small to fit on her though. hahahaha! Will post more of the trip photos to my Flickr account. I need to be really discipline to update the milestones of the kids. Otherwise they will surely be forgotten when the time passes by. Grace started to wave bye-bye when she's almost 8 months.
