A week of Exhibitions Visits

Blessings! At least I am not due this week. That allows me to go to Motherhood Exhibition and PC Show 2005. In fact, I was down with a flu, over the weekend. I had rested so much, thinking to gain my energy so that this week I am up and running to go shop around. Thank God for His grace and mercy, hee.. tat I am well enough, and went out on Wednesday.

1st June, went Motherhood Exhibition with Jedidah, grabbed the following:

1. Nepia Diapers (Small). Was told 1 household can buy only 1 pack! ("<) Crowd was amazing at the booth.
2. 2 Nursing Bras, looks super comfort and branded cost me S$15/ea. Bargain!
3. 1 Nursing Top for outing.
4. Jedidah and Justin blessed me with the Sarong Sling! Yes, the Deep Purple Silk!! (",)

2nd June, went with my Bro's family and mom, got the following:

1. Nepia Diapers AGAIN!! 2 packs this time, bought Newborn and Small as now they said 1 household can buy 2 packs! Cost S$13/pack.
2. Got more freebies, as I signed up for newsletter, clubs, like samples for frisomum, enfamama, etc. So got so many bags!! Again, Thank God, my mom so sweet, helped me carry the heavy stuffs.

After Motherhood, we trottled over to PC Show 2005, really crowded. I was holding my nephew infront of me, asking him to be my bodyguard so that no one bump into me! HA!! He so good at being the body guard. Instead of walking about, end up hungry, Mom, nephew, Joel and me sat at the food stalls and took snacks at 3pm. Bro, Jack, went around looking for his DVD Writer.

After awhile rest, I went to walk around, check out some deals, came across the HP booth, to see if there's any good deals, but alas! Nothing attractive. They giving extra 1 year warranty for the all printers purchase. Then it was time to head back Motherhood as Joel and his sister had registered for Hoola Hoop Contest. It was sure funny seeing the little ones hoola hooping all the way!

We left Expo at 4 plus, head to Suntec, for Book Fair!!! Wow! I can say pretty beaten up already with all the walking. The only hype thing in Book Fair is, we got to see MM Lee Kuan Yew! Ha! It feels like all the people chasing IDOL! Wherever he walks to, the crowds just follow, cameras shooting, etc. It was a first time for us to have see MM Lee in person, really feel like seeing a Superstar, man!

So that ends my 37th week of pregnancy as I went around exhibitions hopping, and looking forward to my 38th week.

so fine

*All of the above photos did not under go PP. What so great about these shots? Nothing really but just that it's taken with the newly acquired Fuji FinePix F100 fd . The decision of getting this was after reading the reviews, the forums and samples seen. Also, the PnS is so called, necessary now, since I find that bringing it around for our upcoming trip would be necessary. I must say the quality of photos taken in low light conditions definitely surpasses all that I've seen. Especially my old PnS Panasonic Lumix. I am eager to try out IQ again tomorrow morning and praying it's gonna be a beautiful day! Sam was telling me that be very careful with using this camera, cause when you really find it soo easy and obtaining superb IQ, you will tend to forget to use your DSLR! :D We'll see. On site comparison of the photos taken at John 3:16, this F100 fd really is much sharper as compared to Canon IXUS 860IS . Geez, which was what I have in mine previously if I wanna get a P...

Doggy Poo

Seth's into this Korean Anime Craze now. He was so into Pororo for the past 2 weeks. Then last Thursday, he has a new fav, Doggy Poo . The Anime is quite a meaningful one and Seth enjoys watching it, he names the characters, he asked about the story line. The funny part of it is hearing him say, "Doggy Poo" with such a cuteness. The story tells the little ones and even us, adults, God has a good plan for all of us, no matter how insignificant we may think our lives are. Image courtesy from Wikipedia Tomorrow we are sending Seth for his review. Hope his lungs are cleared and the medication feeding days are over. It's really a great struggle to feed the little guy his Antibiotics. Even now, he can goes on and on repeating the word, "Anti-biotices". Compose a tune about it! Aiyo. :(

Show Your True Color!

Was reading Amber's blog and found this interesting test. What's Your True Color? My Result: Yellow You're yellow , the color of joy and energy — two things you definitely bring to everyone around you. It's hard for anyone to be sad or lonely in your presence; your sunny disposition and cheery outlook just won't allow it. The warmth of your personality shines through in the kindness you show friends and family (and strangers, too). Always ready with a lighthearted joke or heartfelt compliment, you know how to make people feel good about themselves, so they can't get enough of you. Yellow is a warm and inviting color for a warm and inviting person — you! What are you? http://web.tickle.com/jumpto?test=colorogt&c=50652
